About me
I’m a proud father, husband, and real estate investor who believes in a no-excuses mentality—there is always a path to success. Family is at the core of everything I do, and real estate investing has become my vehicle to create time freedom and build a lasting legacy for those I love most.
I have eighteen years of experience working in the canadian oilsands in Fort McMurray. In that time, I started my career as a millwright and held several supervisor/manager roles between maintenance and operations. Within these leadership roles, I have experience running large crews of trades people and operators, executing work on tight timelines and budgets, collaborating well between groups and problem solving at a high pace. This extensive experience has made me very effective working with builders/developers and all aspects of people within a real estate investment industry.
My real estate journey started in 2009 with the purchase of my first investment property. Since then, I’ve grown from basement suite additions and duplex renovations to purpose-built small-scale multi-family developments.
